Gentle Consultancy Agency was created by Kristen D. Noble, a man who understands struggle firsthand. After receiving a hand‑up during a difficult time in his own life, Kristen made a promise to become a voice for the voiceless and to build something that truly serves people who are often overlooked.
GCA is a family‑run company built on compassion and lived experience. Kristen never wanted people to feel like a burden or a problem. He wanted them to feel like members, valued and respected, receiving a concierge‑style experience created by people who understand them. Every member has a team that fights for them, advocates for their needs, and ensures they receive the resources they deserve.
Kristen also built GCA as a place where case workers, family members, and friends receive the updates, communication, and support they need. Caring for someone is a shared journey, and no one should have to walk it alone.
He believes care must go beyond medical needs. That is why GCA hosts game nights, social gatherings, and uplifting events that keep members mentally happy, emotionally connected, and part of a community that feels like family.
What began in Las Vegas is now a growing mission. Kristen hopes to bring GCA's member‑centered, compassion‑driven model to communities everywhere, ensuring no one is forgotten and everyone has someone fighting for them.
